Thermal Transfer Labels - Ribbon Required

Thermal transfer labels are used with a thermal transfer printer and require a ribbon. The printer's thermal printhead applies heat to the ribbon, melting ink onto the label to produce highly defined, smudge-resistant images that won't degrade when exposed to heat, moisture, and light. Thermal transfer label images last longer than images printed on direct thermal labels.
